Return Process

Ensure the items are in their original packaging, unused, and include all assembly parts and manuals to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Schedule a Pickup
Once approved, we will coordinate with our logistics partner to collect the items directly from your home at a time that suits your schedule.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
